  1. AutoSync will open Synchronize! automatically, when synchronization is set. With AutoSync, you don't have to leave Synchronize! running in order to synchronize at a preset time, at startup, or a when disks are inserted.

  3. AutoSync is a very small (37 K) background application which monitors timed synchronizations, and automatically opens Synchronize! at the appropriate times. Because it is a application, it has no INIT conflicts.

  5. AutoSync is built into Synchronize!, and is automatically installed. When you set a synchronization document to start at a particular time, you are asked if you want to install AutoSync.

  7. Under System 7, AutoSync is installed in the Startup Items folder. Under System 6, the Finder must be set to open AutoSync at startup.
